Kwami ‘Abd’ al-Maalik-ul-Mulk al-Sha’b’azz ‘Abd’ ul-Bey, a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, has worked in the past as a middle school social studies teacher and a lecturer at Clark Atlanta University. He currently works as the Elections Coordinator/ Organizer at the Arkansas Public Policy Panel. He is also a co-founder, along with his life partner Clarice, of the Washitaw Foothills Youth Media Arts & Literacy Collective and the Arkansas Peace & Justice Memorial Movement.A father of three and graduate student, Kwami serves his people during his limited free time as a community paralegal, a legislative drafter, and a restorative justice advocate.
